Michael offers private cooking classes for up to four at his professional kitchen or groups up to twenty at a winery.

About

Chef Michael spent four years at the Art Institute of California earning an associate's degree in culinary arts and a bachelor of science degree in culinary management. He worked for Downtown Disney's Catal Restaurant and Uva Bar for one year before joining the kitchen at the Ritz-Carlton in Laguna Niguel, California. There he spent five years learning about every aspect of cooking, from garde manger to butchering to fine dining. It is this five star experience he brings to Temecula Catering and to you.
